First day at new school….
Monday, October 2nd, 2006It’s been 3 months since I worked and here I am now starting my first day at KBU. Well to be honest, KBU, it seems it has every facilities that is being provided. Lets get back to my first day, I’m suppose to be punctual by the time I reach there but due to I can’t find a parking space, it made me late. Then I go to the receptionist counter and ask for the class that I should be going to. So I headed to the class 606. Got into the lift and SHIT !!! I don’t know which floor I should go to. Then there’s this foreign student, think he’s a arabian went into the lift with me, so I asked him ‘Excuse me, do you know where’s class 606 is?’ and he tried to be nice to answer me but actually I don’t really understand what he’s talking about. I know that he’s talking in English but the slang is totally different. And one of the sentence that I understand from him is ‘I’m not sure which floor and bla bla bla…..but he did try to be nice. So, I ended up just try my luck and hit to the 6th floor cause is 606. When I reach to that floor, I just asked some of the students there and they showed me the way. So nice of them. So I knock on the door and I went in and they already started the class. And they were just starting to introduce themselves one by one. And when the turn come to me, well I was kinda nervous at the beginning but after a few seconds, I just go with the flow and say whatever there’s on my mind and introduced myself. And after I sit down, I was kinda satisfied with my introduction(thumbs up for myself) Hehe…After that the lecturer started the timetable things and briefs and stuff until 1130am we had our lunch break till 1pm.

Then after that continued our tutorial class and first day, THE FIRST DAY of class the lecturer already gave us assignments. Well, lucky is a group project. Is good in a way that the students can group up and get to know each other more to share and create new ideas. And the class ended at around 3 while it suppose to end at 430. Keke…..so that’s all on my first day class at KBU.
Conclusion : The class started REAL bored but ended quite fun. There’s more to come in the future coming’s. Hehe….
